Set Up Process

The set up fee of $50 is the first step in outfitting your team with handmade, one-of- a-kind gear. Here's what will happen when you submit your deposit:

  • Please include as much detail about your order as possible when submitting the set up fee.  That includes your team name, colors, logos, number of players/teams, the ages of your teams, and design ideas.  If you have found something online off our pages or any other please send it over!  We can create any custom design for your team(s).
  • A representative from DO Apparel will reach out to you within 48 hours to start talking over your apparel needs (jerseys, hats, jackets, hoodies, pant/shorts, etc.) and collect any other important information from your original inquiry.  Once we have all this information we will provide a final quote.
  • Once you have given us approval to proceed, our design team will get cracking and have something back over to you in 3-5 business days.
  • Once we have all of your final designs, all the team information (names, numbers and sizes), and a final invoice, we will get it all approved, paid and into production for you!
  • Your custom order will be produced right here at our American Made manufacturing facility to ensure the fastest turn time and high quality.  Our standard turn time, depending on the size and scale of the order, is 2-4 weeks.  We will always communicate with you to keep you updated on the status of your order.
